Treasure sn a 2003 Palomino mare, purchased from the 2003 Fayre Oaks sale by Rochedo for a friend, but ended up staying at Rochedo and was shown at the autumn foal shows, where I first noticed her and fell in love with her. I saw her at Fayre oaks but didn't give her a second look because of her colour!
Treasure was bred by the Hon Mrs Monck on the Isle Of White and is out of the dun Royal Welsh winner Yaverland Trinket. Trinket is out of Revel Tsai whom The Hon. Mrs Monck regarded as one of the best mares at
Yaverland.
Treasure’s sire is the young Stallion Friars Golden Mark that is already proving himself as both a show pony and sire of top class stock. He is Sires by the legendary Penual Mark and out of one of Friars Studs top show mares, twice Royal Welsh winner, Friars Lleucu
Llwyd, daughter of thrice Royal Welsh winner and Youngstock Champion Friars Sarah.
